Re-occuring sore back.?
Hello. I had back pain for 5 years and I'm sick of him. The doctor can not find any something evil, chriopracter (SP) keeps the burst in the same place, but he says everything is fine. The X-ray showed nothing. I exercise recommended by chrio, clothing, heating pads (which allows some) and take Advil. I had an upper and lower GI done (nothing wrong), it is no gas, constipation, or cramps. I feel better when I wear a corset, which makes me think it could be a bad way, but I'm not sure how to fix (yes, I have a large trunk, but not so big that, according to doc hurt me). I'm 10 pounds over weight for my height, and eating healthily. The pain starts when I get up for the day and sat hunched in a chair I feel diminish. If I do sit-ups or curls, I am unable to move. No injuries, no accidents.I am still able to work and function, but I want to correct that. Does anyone have the answers serious or suggestions?
