
What is a good routine to fix bad posture?
I would like a stretching routine or exercises that will set a bad posture and pain that results. Something easy to do and without weights. By focusing on the neck and lower back. I hear a good posture can make you appear to have lost weight, too. Please refer to that worked for you!
Lay on your back, knees bent and the length of the shoulders. Having the arms of your side and push the buttocks in the air and hold for 10 seconds. Repeat! It will hurt if you have bad posture, but it helps!
