14 years old. £ 142. 5'3 inches (without shoes) Am I average size? Also, am I the average weight? *** Why it seems like my spine isn't right? I know I have a good frame, but I have horrible posture. I guess I a habbit to bend backwards? How can I improve my posture? Thank you .****
IM guessing your parents are short or in the range of 5 feet? people say, if your 5 feet for each inch over 5 feet, you add 5 pounds to 100 and what your range is supposed to be. then u should be 115. but depends do u have a stomach? or is it muscle im 5'10 and I weigh about 170. I have a little fat, but im in shape so it depends.
