I have chronic upper back pain and my doctor recommended a book by Robin McKenzie, who is well known for exercises and accessories to improve posture. I bought a roll of McKenzie, who is like a Twinkie in its form and straps to my desk chair. The thing is, I think it is too big. It is one size, so I'm confused. I am not particularly small or large as a person. Basically, with my buttocks to the back of the chair, I put a lot of pressure on the pillow to the squish size where my upper back may also meet the president. This is the meaning of this pillow. So ... Am I missing something? It is a kind of cause more pain. I think about taking back the pillow, but the brochure says I need a few days to adjust to it and can cause pain. I was using an old sweatshirt before and it was a pain in the butt to keep adapting, but it was much better than that!

I would take the pillow back if it was a few days already, since you noticed this and did not improve. I also recommend try to get their hands on the book's author and let them know what is happening so they can be aware.
